Adraine Kreglo has served as the President and CEO of the Volunteer Center of Manatee County and the Florida Inland Communities since 1994.

In 2011, Adraine created Serendipity Solutions to share her grant writing and fund raising expertise with nonprofits nationwide. Since that time, Serendipity Solutions has partnered with hundreds of nonprofits, raising millions in funding.

In 2023, Adraine published her first guide to grant writing, A Deep Dive into Grant Writing, that will answer the common questions of both novice and experienced grant writers alike.
In 2024, she began Adraine's Podcast (Grant Guru) to share tips, tricks and trends in grant writing.
